Moses Morales
FounderPlacidity was founded by Moses Morales with a background rooted in design, property transformation, and the belief that the details surrounding a project matter just as much as the finished result. The original vision was to bring some of the principles of hospitality into the world of painting and property services — not hospitality in the traditional sense, but the idea that every interaction, from the first conversation and estimate to the work itself and the final walkthrough, contributes to how a project is experienced. That perspective led to a larger question: what would happen if a property service company were built around the entire experience, rather than simply the service being performed? Placidity became the answer to that question.
