Placidity Inc, parent company of Placidity Renovations and Placidity Pro Painting, is looking for motivated people to introduce our renovation, painting, refinishing, and staining services to homeowners from Fort Lauderdale to Port St. Lucie.
No experience necessary. You don’t need sales or renovation experience — we train the right candidates.
Two Ways to Work With Placidity

Sole Proprietor — Flyer Distributor
Straightforward, flexible, and a great place to start.
You distribute Placidity flyers to residential properties on your own schedule and submit a daily tracking report by email so every lead you generate is credited to you.
What’s Included
- Make your own schedule: we give you the guidelines, you decide when and how much you work
- Placidity shirts and flyers provided
- Basic training on distribution, spotting property needs (fading or peeling paint, damaged exteriors, tile, trim, and more), and reporting your work
What You Earn
- $20 per qualified appointment set according to program requirements
- 3% commission on closed projects generated from your leads
What You’ll Do
- Distribute flyers to residential neighborhoods
- Submit a tracking report by email every day covering the areas you distributed in, how many flyers you handed out, and any leads
- Pass interested homeowners to the Placidity team to follow up
This role is simple on purpose. You show up, distribute, send in your daily report, and get paid when your leads turn into appointments and projects.
Canvasser | Marketer | Brand Ambassador
For people who want to build a career with Placidity and nurture leads organically.
This is the role for self-starters who want more than distribution. You’ll build real relationships with homeowners over time, earning trust and staying connected instead of chasing one-time transactions. You operate like a business owner within the Placidity system: you define your territory, choose your prospecting methods, and grow your own pipeline. We give you the platform, training, and support. You bring the ownership mindset and the long-term commitment.
What You Earn
- $25 per qualified appointment
- 5% commission on closed projects
- 6% commission once you reach $300,000 in closed sales in a calendar year
- Monthly performance bonuses of $1,000–$5,000 as you hit monthly targets
- Referral earnings on tracked referrals, neighbors, and repeat customers tied to your account

Prospect Your Way
Leads can come from anywhere, and in this role you’re trained to find them everywhere.
Online Prospecting
Find and connect with homeowners through real estate sites, community forums, Facebook groups and Marketplace, and social media, then screen and meet with them on Zoom through Placidity Connect.
In Your Community
Build connections through local businesses, gyms, restaurants, community events, networking groups, and anywhere people gather.
Direct Outreach
Door-to-door canvassing, flyer distribution, mailers, and personal handwritten notes.
What You’ll Do
- Generate leads through online prospecting and by connecting with people at businesses, gyms, events, restaurants, and anywhere else opportunities come up
- Prospect and screen homeowners to confirm they’re a real fit before setting appointments
- Nurture leads organically through consistent, honest follow-up, even when a homeowner isn’t ready yet
- Manage your leads, screening notes, and follow-up in the Placidity Connect CRM
- Attend appointments, in person or on Zoom, to understand homeowner needs
- Build long-term relationships so one project leads to the next
What “running it like a business” means: you’re responsible for your own schedule, territory, pipeline, and results. Nobody manages your day — that’s the freedom of this role, and the responsibility. About the Earnings
Real income, tied to real relationships.
Placidity projects commonly range from about $4,000 to $50,000+. A satisfied homeowner often leads to referrals, neighbors, and repeat projects — and in the Canvasser / Marketer role, those referrals stay tied to your account. Actual earnings depend on appointments generated, projects sold, project values, referrals, and program requirements.
