The Role

Independent, well-equipped, and built for advanced sellers

This is an independent contractor position — you run your own book of business while plugging directly into Placidity's tools, systems, and support at a level most independent professionals never access.

As a Sales Closer

Estimate to signed contract

You'll prospect using our advanced marketing tools, built to help you generate and manage a real pipeline instead of relying on guesswork. Using our proprietary in-house estimating software, you'll build comprehensive presentations that earn trust on sight — then guide homeowners from estimate to signed contract with confidence and integrity, no pressure tactics.

As a Color Master Designer

Where sales skill meets craft

You'll bring a trained eye and design expertise to one of the most personal parts of any project: helping homeowners choose the colors, finishes, and details that make their home feel like theirs. It's a big part of why homeowners trust our team from start to finish.

This isn't a role for someone learning the ropes. It's for someone who already knows how to build trust, read a room, and get a homeowner to "yes" — and who's ready to bring that skill into an industry with real, lasting demand.

Full-Commission, with excellent earning potential

Your income is tied directly to your results, with no cap on what you can earn.

Requirements

What you'll bring

We're looking for someone who's already proven this, not someone learning it on the job.

Proven closing experienceIn home improvement, direct sales, real estate, design, or a related field.

Independent contractor mindsetManaging your own schedule and pipeline with accountability.

Comfort with sales toolsUsing advanced marketing and prospecting tools to generate and manage your own leads.

An eye for designA strong, natural sense of design and color — or a genuine willingness to develop one.

A reliable vehicleYou'll be traveling to homeowner appointments and job sites regularly.

Computer + smartphoneTo manage estimates, presentations, contracts, and your pipeline through our integrated Software Data Entry.
